GtC Golf Apartment merely lists apartments on behalf of property owners. This site allows you to
view these apartments and puts you in direct contact with the property owners
NB: No reservation contract exists between you and GtC Golf Apartments.
If you go ahead and book accommodation with the owner of one of the properties featured on this
site, then any contract which you enter into is entered into strictly between you and that property
owner. It is your responsibility to fully acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions of that property
owner.
Please read terms and conditions below:
1. Once the booking deposit has been paid, GtC Golf Apartments will forward your reservation and
your contact details to the property owner
2. If for some reason the property owner fails or refuses to provide you with the agreed property, GtC
Golf apartments will accept no liability and none shall be attached to GtC Golf Apartments. When
booking this apartment, you automatically waive any claim against GtC Golf Apartments for monitory
losses arising from the property owners failure to provide the agreed property. If indeed you feel the
property was mis-described by the property owner, GtC Golf Apartments will not accept any
responsibility.
3. To secure a reservation through GtC Golf Apartments you must first pay a booking deposit.
NB: This booking deposit is non-refundable
4. You are obliged to hand over the balance due to the property owner on arrival to the property. This
amount will be the agreed rate for the property, less the booking deposit paid during the booking
process.
5. It is your responsibility to notify the property owner of any change to your itinerary
6. In all cases a security deposit will be taken on arrival. This will be returned to you upon your
departure and once the property is handed back in good order.
